পণ্য কুরিয়ার বুক করার পর হোয়াইটশেলের কোন দায়িত্ব নেই, তবে ক্রেতা চাইলে হোয়াইটশেল থেকে বুকিং নম্বর এবং বুকিং সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন।

ক্রেতাকে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে প্রেরিত পণ্য সরাসরি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের নিকটস্থ শাখা থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

4. পেমেন্ট

2.2 The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from whiteshell.co.

2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).

3. Delivery

3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers in Bangladesh addresses. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

3.2 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Home delivery information section and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. whiteshell.co shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

3.4 The terms and conditions of online delivery within Dhaka are as follows:

• There is ‘Cash on Delivery (COD)’ facility for online orders within Dhaka only
• Buyer will receive product delivery within 3-5 working days of order confirmation
• Delivery charges are subject to change depending on product and location (delivery not applicable on all products)

Note: Our delivery partners (eg RedX, Pathao, E-Courier) maintain their own terms and conditions.

In case of home delivery, the buyer will not get a chance to try the product. If possible, include a video of the product unboxing. If you receive any defective product, please inform us immediately.

The terms and conditions of online delivery outside Dhaka are as follows:

• In case of online orders outside Dhaka, delivery will be made through courier service, the full or partial price of the product must be paid in advance for booking.
• Buyer will receive product delivery within 7-10 working days of order confirmation
• Courier service charges and conditional payment charges will be paid by the buyer. Product arrival time and delivery charges will depend on specific courier service and product variations.
• Whiteshell shall not be responsible for any damage to the product during transit by courier service.
• Whiteshell has no responsibility after booking the goods courier, but the buyer can collect the booking number and all the information related to the booking from Whiteshell if he wants.
• The buyer has to collect the goods sent by courier directly from the nearest branch of the courier service.

4. Payment

4.1 We take payment from your card or another way at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or another payment details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. 4.2 To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or another way of payment is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. 4.3 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:

a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection.

b) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
